I was Google image searching for "cartoon brain" because I needed a reference for a project I am working on. This is one of the images I found.
The link on the photo went to a page called Conservapedia.com where there is a "definition" of the word liberal. It appears to be a wikipedia type site created to promote conservatism. This site is worth browsing if you really want to "know your enemy".
The "Liberal Brain" image
, however, seems to have more to say about the conservative brain, ironically. It was not created by the people who make this site (as far as I can tell), but it does go well with their "theme". It was obviously created to insult and ridicule liberals. Parts of the brain are labeled "Common Sense Particle (need electron microscope to view", "Blame America Synapse", and "Victim Gland". It is a mixture of funny and insulting.

12 sucka ass fools had something to say:

Space Zombiesaid...

Conservapedia is the stupidest, most useless collection of garbage that I have ever seen. Their stated goal is to counter the "liberal bias of Wikipedia"--hello, isn't the whole idea of a wiki that it has no bias? It's open to all points of view, as long as the information is verifiable and referenced. How do you reference garbage like this or this?
I wonder what would the conservative idiot who posts to conservapedia's brain look like?

Pteradactuallysaid...

That brain looks about right. You whiny liberals should quit spending all your time thinking and get busy doing. That is, when you're not trying to "defeat the system, man" by reading and bitching amongst your pals.

Space Zombiesaid...

Apparently Karl Marx was a Soviet--I probably would have known that already if I hadn't been spending so much time looking at that little picture of Che Guevara inside of my brain.

Moon Trampsaid...

As poorly researched as it is just plain stupid. Claiming liberals lack a sense of humor is quite funny, and of course true. Because everybody knows that most comedians are cons... oh wait, most comedians are liberals, aren't they? Oh well. I personally am glad I have a tiny picture of Che in my brain. As a fan of tattoos, I do like to decorate my body after all.

I guess they didn't know that the Soviet Union was a bastardization of Marx's ideas. As with any political thinker Marx had some good and some bad ideas (for example, connecting the worker to his product = good).

The only ones I agree with are the small Personal Responsibility Node (though that really applies to most all Americans as opposed to either liberals or conservatives), the Guilt/Guilt For History Glands (Liberal guilt? Check. Guilt for destroying the planet? Check), and the P.C. Lobe. Out of those 3 I think two are good, though you could argue that PCism gets out of hand sometimes (and in fact I would argue that, but out of hand is still better than none existent).

Pteradactuallysaid...

Conservatives pay liberals to make jokes. You are the jesters. Sometimes you don't even know it.

Marx influenced the Soviet Union - you liberals always fail to pay attention to the big picture in favor of trivial details.

Your groupthink chip seems to be fully functional.

Moon Trampsaid...

It should, I just had it serviced.

We are the Liberal. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

(Does that joke make me a nerd?)

Pteradactuallysaid...

Thats a joke? I thought Liberals were funny. You're fired from your job as jester...but then you liberals are used to being unemployed.

Space Zombiesaid...

Liberal brains are too crowded with anti-bellum (perhaps the educated conservative's way of saying anti-war?)hippieness to comprehend the comedic genius of Dennis Miller or Larry the Cable Guy.

If Marx influenced the Soviet Union and Marx was himself influenced by Hegel, who was influenced by Kant, I'd prefer the Soviet flag in my brain to refer to the "Enlightenment Shrine."

Space Zombiesaid...

Or would that completely erode my patriotism (colon) node?

Moon Trampsaid...

I think if the Patriot Node refers to the conservative concept of blindly following your leaders as patriotism, then the eroding of you Patriot Gland is probably for the best. As to anti-bellum, I believe it's a bad play off of cerebellum, but it's placement is incorrect.

So, I have some questions, why does the Guilt for History Hypothalamus (also misplaced) only function after breakfast unless overcompensated by the Entitlement Cluster?

What does that even mean?

Since the spinal cord was bred out of the species after WWII, does that mean conservatives don't have them either (and if so, what do they have?) or does that mean that liberals and conservatives are different species?

What does "'American' free radical looking for a hyphen to attach to" mean? Does that make sense?

Is the "Balance the Budget and Actually Create a Budget Surplus Instead of a Deficit Gland" located in the Raise Taxes Reflex Center?

The current medical thinking is that the Appendix serves as sort of storage facility for useful digestive bacteria in case the ones living in your digestive tract are lost to an outside infection. If this is the case, does that mean that Patriotism is actually a bacteria that must be stored so it isn't lost, or does that mean the liberal mind is multitasking by also serving a role in the digestion of food?

What is the section that just says "Free Everything!"? Is that the portion of the brain that creates random advertisements? Is that the portion of the brain that enjoys getting free stuff? Or is that the portion of the brain that wants to grant liberty to a living things?

What does the Nanny State Behavior Enabler do? Does it allow liberals to behave like nanny states?

Now that Global Warming has pretty much become irrefutable, doesn't the Global Warming Panic Center need to be renamed? I suggest Observing and Interacting with Reality Node.

Space Zombiesaid...

The American free radical is a racist jab at the Democratic minority base.

I'm pretty sure that the Nanny State thing has something to do with Mary Poppins--maybe her love of merry-go-rounds? I'd ride on a merry-go round with Julie Andrews any day, so I'd agree with the artist on this one.

I would disregard the section on breeding out the spinal cord--sounds like evolutionist propaganda to me.

A Jokersaid...

"doesn't the Global Warming Panic Center need to be renamed? I suggest Observing and Interacting with Reality Node."

I've been laughing at this for almost a day now. :)
