Moon Trampsaid...: Political cartoons aren't necessarily meant to be funny. They are meant to draw your attention to an idea or perspective. In that sense Ted Rall often achieves his goal. Personally I often find his comics funny, and almost always find them thought provoking. He might not be the greatest cartoonist out there, but he's better then most.; January 28, 2008 10:03 AM
