But I don&amp;#39;t like metal fatigue, though I&amp;#39;m not sure what he means in this context. It could mean that you&amp;#39;d have a weak point that&amp;#39;s just going to dent again easily. That said, I don&amp;#39;t have any alternative shy of pulling the panel and beating it out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As to what JGW said, you can buy replacement plastic fasteners at an auto parts store (if you can find them). If you choose to go this way, I would recommend buying either the Haynes or Chitlon guide for your car. It will tell you the best way to remove the panel without damaging anything in your car. Also, they&amp;#39;re just plan useful to have, since they tell you how to replace all kinds of things for way cheaper than a shop. Though not as much as the guy in the second video who began with &amp;quot;oh my god I can&amp;#39;t beleive it worked!&amp;quot; to immediatly dispensing advice on where and when it doesn&amp;#39;t.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was hoping to avoid taking off the door panel because there are a bunch of plastic bolt type things holding it in place and I&amp;#39;m concerned that if I take off the panel those plastic pieces will never be right and leave the door loose and jiggling around (if I don&amp;#39;t just break them in the process)...which in the end might mean more of an expense than the dent would have been anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My current plan is to try the hair dryer trick on the remaining dent.
